Offshore and Marine
Keppel Offshore & Marine (Keppel O&M) is a global leader in offshore rig design, construction and repair, ship repair and conversion, and specialised shipbuilding. It integrates and harnesses the experience and expertise of 20 yards and offices worldwide to be near customers and markets. Driven by innovation and a capable people with the Can Do! spirit, Keppel O&M strives to become a builder of distinction in every aspect of its business.

The Offshore division, helmed by Keppel FELS, is a leading designer and builder of high-performance mobile offshore rigs. The division’s portfolio of proprietary designs and floating production solutions meets a broad spectrum of operating requirements including deep waters and harsh environments.

The Marine division is represented by Keppel Shipyard, the trusted industry name for the repair, conversion and upgrading of a diverse range of vessels. Keppel Shipyard is a leader in the conversion of Floating Production Storage and Offloading, Floating Storage and Offloading and Floating Storage and Re-gasification Units.

The Specialised Shipbuilding division led by Keppel Singmarine has a track record of some 400 newbuildings of diverse types and sophistication. Its portfolio of customised vessels spans Anchor Handling Tug/Supply vessels, multi-purpose Offshore Support Vessels and tugboats to highly advanced solutions such as ice-capable vessels for a worldwide clientele.

Infrastructure
In Environmental Engineering, Keppel Integrated Engineering (KIE) is a leading provider of comprehensive environmental solutions and services ranging from consultancy, design and engineering, technology and construction to operations and maintenance of facilities, as well as investments in such projects.

Through its subsidiary, Keppel Seghers, its advanced technology solutions addresses a wide spectrum of environmental issues such as solid waste, wastewater, drinking and process water, biosolids and sludge. Keppel Seghers’ in-house Research & Development capabilities, as well as strategic alliances with global research institutes enable it to continuously improve its technology.

Keppel DHCS, a KIE subsidiary, is the largest district cooling service provider in Singapore, providing cooling services though the development and operation of such systems at major business parks. Keppel DHCS currently services three plants in Singapore, with a capacity exceeding 48,000 RT, namely Changi Business Park, Biopolis@one-north and Woodlands Wafer Fab Park. In 2010, it signed a joint venture with Tianjin Eco-City Energy Investment and Construction Co., Ltd to provide district heating and cooling systems in the upcoming Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City.

K-Green Trust (KGT) is a business trust focused on “green” infrastructure assets in Singapore, as well as Asia, Europe and the Middle East. KGT currently owns Senoko Waste-to-Energy Plant, Keppel Seghers Tuas Waste-to-Energy Plant and Keppel Seghers Ulu Pandan NEWater Plant. The Trustee-Manager of KGT is Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KIE.

Keppel FMO, another KIE subsidiary, offers one-stop integrated facilities management services for mission-critical facilities and commercial properties in Singapore and overseas.

In Power Generation, Keppel Energy has a track record of developing, owning and operating power plants in Brazil, China, the Philippines and Nicaragua. In Singapore, Keppel Energy operates a 500 MW gas fired combined cycle power plant on Jurong Island.

Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation (Keppel T&T) is a leading service provider in Southeast Asia and Europe with businesses in Logistics and Data Centres with operations spanning 12 countries. Its data centre facilities provide state-of-the-art data centre co-location and business contingency services. It is also one of the leading third party logistics companies in the Asia Pacific region, providing a complete range of supply chain solutions including port logistics.

Property
One of Asia’s premier property companies, Keppel Land has a strategic focus on two core businesses of property development and property fund management. The company is geographically diversified in Asia, with current focus on Singapore, China, Vietnam, Indonesia and India.

An established property fund manager, Keppel Land has two property fund management vehicles, K-REIT Asia, a pan-Asian commercial real estate investment trust, and Alpha Investment Partners (Alpha). As at 30 June 2011, K-REIT Asia and Alpha's total assets under management is $11.3 billion, when fully leveraged and invested.
